4. Do I need to order a large minimum quantity?
No. We pride ourselves on flexibility. We cater to both small start-up orders and large corporate volumes. Please contact us directly to discuss your specific needs.

5. Can you help with the design?
Absolutely. Our team has over 7 years of experience and can provide full design guidance—from fabric selection and colour palettes to logo placement and functionality—to bring your vision to life.

6. What types of clothing can you produce?
We manufacture a wide range of items, including but not limited to: polo shirts, t-shirts, dresses, trousers, chef jackets, aprons, hoodies, and performance activewear.

7. How do you determine pricing?
Pricing depends on several factors: the garment type, fabric quality, order quantity, and the complexity of the branding (e.g., embroidery vs. printing). We provide transparent quotes with no hidden fees.

8. Can I provide my own logo and artwork?
Yes. You can provide high-resolution vector files (e.g., .AI, .EPS, .PDF) for your logo. Our team can also help prepare your artwork for production.

Shipping & Support

9. What are your lead times?
Lead times vary based on the order complexity and quantity. Typically, production takes 4-6 weeks after sample approval. We will always provide a clear timeline with your quote.

10. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we can arrange shipping to most locations worldwide. Shipping costs will be calculated and included in your quote.

11. What if there is a problem with my order?
Customer satisfaction is our priority. While our custom items are non-returnable, we fully guarantee our workmanship. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days at admin@ekobangla.com for any manufacturing defects. We will work swiftly to find a resolution.
