Yes. You can provide high-resolution vector files (e.g., .AI, .EPS, .PDF) for your logo. Our team can also help prepare your artwork for production.
Shipping & Support
Lead times vary based on the order complexity and quantity. Typically, production takes 4-6 weeks after sample approval. We will always provide a clear timeline with your quote.
Yes, we can arrange shipping to most locations worldwide. Shipping costs will be calculated and included in your quote.
Customer satisfaction is our priority. While our custom items are non-returnable, we fully guarantee our workmanship. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days at admin@ekobangla.com for any manufacturing defects. We will work swiftly to find a resolution.

For direct corporate buyers: 100 pieces per style/colour. For uniform suppliers (B2B): MOQ is 500 pieces. Orders under 100 pieces are cash-only.
All orders are 50/50 — 50% upfront, 50% before shipment. Payment is by Letter of Credit (LC) for all standard orders. Orders under 100 pieces are cash only.
Yes. We provide exclusive high-end proprietary designs and labelling for private brands on exquisite materials including satin, silk, cotton, polyester, wood and metal. Full branding and rebranding services are included.
Sample approval: 2–3 weeks. Bulk production: 45–75 days. Sea freight: 20–30 days. Air freight: 5–7 days. Total door-to-door: typically 8–14 weeks from confirmed order.
We work with BSCI, WRAP and OEKO-TEX certified factories. In-line and final inspections are standard. Third-party inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas) can be arranged on request.
