Return & Refund Policy for EkoBangla

1. General Policy Due to Custom Nature
Please note that all our products are custom-made to your specific specifications (including size, colour, fabric, and logo design). Therefore, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing chosen by the customer.
2. Returns for Faulty or Damaged Goods
We stand behind the quality of our manufacturing. If you receive items that are faulty (e.g., major manufacturing defects, incorrect item made compared to the approved sample, or damaged in transit due to our packaging), you may be eligible for a return, repair, or replacement.
3. Process for Faulty Goods
- Notify Us Immediately: You must notify us in writing at support@ekobangla.com within 7 days of receiving the goods.
- Provide Evidence: Please include your order number and clear photographs/videos of the defect or damage.
- Evaluation: Our team will evaluate the claim and provide instructions on whether to return the items.
- Resolution: Upon inspection and approval of the fault, we will, at our discretion, either (a) repair the faulty items, (b) replace them, or (c) issue a refund for the defective products.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered for items that are deemed faulty, as outlined above. We cannot exchange items for a change of mind or incorrect sizing selected by the customer.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel your order before production has begun. However, if materials have been sourced or design work completed, a cancellation fee may apply to cover these costs. Orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
For returns of faulty goods approved by us, we will cover the cost of return shipping. For returns initiated for any other reason, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
